Online Introduction to Mindful Living Immersion is a five-day course.
Each session looks at a specific wellbeing technique and will run for approximately 30 minutes plus Q & A
The five sessions will be based on my favourite 5 evidence-based wellbeing practices - Breath, Gratitude, Affirmations, meditation & mindfulness and EFT (Emotional Freedom techniques otherwise known as tapping) to make it easy to remember these amazing practices their acronym is B Game!
Who is the course for?
This course is perfect if you are new to mindfulness and (like most of us right now) would really love something to calm the nervous system, reduce stress and anxiety. The course is all about empowering you and reminding you that all of these incredible resources are at your finger tips!
The course offers bite size experiences along with practical guides on how to incorporate them into your life. I also include the science behind each practice - how it changes neurology and physiology.
Equally if you are already familiar with these practices, this course is the perfect way to bring them back into your life in a bigger way - make a commitment to stick to at least one of them for 30 days to start breaking free of struggle with old habits and patterns that you know are not helpful!
