Meet Emma,
Founder of OMMA

I believe every person has the potential to live a meaningful, connected, and fulfilling life, not despite but through their struggles.

I’m currently completing my Master’s in Counselling and Psychotherapy. I’ve worked with individuals and groups for over a decade to support emotional wellbeing through Vedic Meditation, EFT (tapping), mindfulness, and sacred women’s spaces like Sister Circles. My mission is to help you reconnect with your inner Source — that quiet place of wisdom and calm that lives beneath the noise — so you can live with greater presence, clarity and purpose.

How OMMA can support you

  • Learn To Meditate

The Vedic meditation technique is a mantra based practice that has helped me and millions of people around the world to cultivate a calm body and inner stability. Hand on my heart, this practice has been instrumental in my shifting gears from anxiety and overwhelm to clarity and calm. Opening up to self-compassion has been one of the greatest gifts of all!

  • Tuesday Meditation Groups

Join the Omma community via Zoom on Tuesday evenings during school term. The session starts with a grounding, guided meditation followed by breathwork and our silent vedic practice. We complete the session with a gratitude practice. We welcome you with hearts wide open!

    Tuesday evenings at 8.15 pm

  • Retreats & Events

The OMMA community has many nurturing immersions and retreats available where we focus on deep healing and connection. We would love you to join us for our:
